Two lessons: Wednesday  8.15 – 9.00 hrs and Friday 16.30-17.15.

Free access to these lessons, but you must be a member of Sportcity Waterlooplein.  Become a member through our link of “BedrijfsFitnessOnline” and pay 39.50 euro/4 wks,  membership for 1 year.  In addition, sometimes they have special deals. From scientific research we know that progressive muscle strength training helps to reduce loss of muscle mass and -strength in the elderly. Also a process of flexibilityloss takes place as a result of aging. Because of these processes the elderly will notice more and more limitations in daily life activities. With our lessons you can do something about it. Join us. Groups are small, max 12 people.
